Approved Texts for ICCI
The following texts have been approved by the FYWP for the course ICCI. These texts can be ordered from the campus bookstore; if it is your first semester teaching at Rowan, you can contact the program coordinator, Amy Woodworth, to order your books. The default syllabus for ICCI uses the first two books as instructional texts (with additional readings collected by instructors). If you have a text you would like to suggest for the approved texts list, please contact the course or the program coordinator.

Supplemental texts:
Style: Lessons in Clarity and Grace, Joseph M. Williams and Joseph Bizup, 12/E, 2014. (ISBN: 9780134080413)
A Pocket Style Manual with Sentence Guides, 8th Ed. Diana Hacker and Nancy Sommers, 2016. (ISBN: 9781319197247)
Note: This edition comes with sentence templates representing academic moves, very similar to those in They Say/I Say, AND when you order the edition with these template, the price goes down for some mysterious reason. Should you order this, you likely should forgo They Say/I Say.*
